My name is Eli Chu, I fell in love with photography several years ago and I've been doing it everyday ever since. I'm based in Greater Vancouver and I've shot sports ranging from basketball to dance and even dabble in automotive photography in my free time. Some of the teams I've worked with include the Vancouver Bandits and the South Fraser Volleyball Commission. Beyond doing photography professionally, I also appreciate the fine arts side of it. As an artist, I've grown tremendously since first picking up a camera and am always looking for new projects. I love to shoot candid street photography and will always have a camera with me wherever I go. I've grown to specialize in street photography because I value capturing emotion just as much as producing a visually striking image, and street photography lets me combine both. So, whether I'm on the courtside or on the busy streets of a city center, my goal has always been to capture the emotion and fervor of my subjects.
